Refund & Cancellation Policy

Donations to the Foundation are generally non-refundable as funds are promptly deployed to cow care and farmer programmes.

Accidental or duplicate donations

If you made a genuine error (duplicate or incorrect amount), email contact@cowdignity.in within 7 days with your donation reference. Verified cases will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Recurring donations

You may cancel a monthly donation at any time from your dashboard or by contacting us; the cancellation applies to future charges.
